William Winstead Lives The Park City Life Style

William Winstead is an Associate Broker and has been an active member of the Park City Board of Realtors since 1992.  William has owned and operated his own Real Estate Company in Park City and is a Lifetime Member of the Park City Board of Realtors Professional Achievement Award designees.  William is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).

William's extensive experience in new construction and as a real estate investor (Park City property owner since 1977) contributes to his specialization in luxury single family homes and ranch properties.  William intimately knows the Real Estate Transaction.  He specializes in finding the type of home or home site that you are looking for, and then negotiates the purchase of your new home as if it were his own.

William, his wife Jennifer, their son Hawk and daughters Elizabeth and Amelia reside in Goshawk Ranch Estates where they enjoy hiking, mountain biking, skiing and are avid horseback riders.  William believes that trails are the connecting force that holds a community together.  He is also an active member of the Summit County Trails Foundation.
